What To Eat Before Cardio? (Best Pre Cardio Meal)

7am: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of rye bread and a large bowl of oats.  
10:30am:Tin of sardines of 2 slices of rye bread
1pm:Brown rice chicken risotto
3:30pm:Baked potato with beans and cheese
6pm:Training
7pm:Protein shake and a banana (directly after training)
7-8pm:Turkey meatballs in tomato and onion sauce. Serve with a large helping of broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini's
